Windows Can't use bonuses

Is anyone else having the problem on Windows that you can't use most of the newer Bonuses such as
Full Tank
Unique Chance
Valuable Cargo
Reliable Crew
Popular Destination.

All of them seem to have Dog wearing a flying cap icon. When I click on "Use", nothing happens. Is there a special way to activate these bonuses I don't know about? I'm getting quite a collection of these, so it would be good to use them.

All the regular bonuses work just fine.

I had the same problem. Go to Settings, Restoring Game Resources. That worked for me.

On the Event (right now it is Celestial Festival), click on the "Stores" and you can use the Bonus from that.

Pete Blake posted the long-term solution earlier (it will work for all future times, even when there is not an event). Click on Settings, then click on Restoring Game Resources. This has worked for many players, including myself. Happy flying!
