I've also seen this bug. I don't know how many flights i would need to get into the Top position in the destination rankings. This scaling stuff is more serious. ALready, I have problems because my operations hanger only lists 12 planes but I have 14 stands with all planes in use. I think there may also be some hidden planes in my hanger I can't get to.
