Hi everyone!

The next few updates are going to be focused on fixes and improvements in the wake of 7.0 release rather than introducing major new features. The first of those updates is coming next week.

I’ll start with the bad news. As of now (August 20), we’ve found no quick solution to the frequent game crashes some of our players experience since 7.0 release. It is safe to say that powerful devices with more RAM do have those issues a lot less that 3-5 year old phones and tablets — but those problems are not limited to devices running out of available memory. As soon as we find a working solution, we’ll release a tech update. Other than that, there’re lots of things to look forward to in 7.1 release.

Back to School
  • Complete the Back to School special event to get a Temple of Knowledge
  • One more building, Neutrino Observatory, will be available through direct purchase
  • Collect Lab Flasks during the event and participate in the event ratings
  • Use Lab Flasks to purchase buildings, bonuses, chests and alliance badges in the event store
  • The buildings for sale in the event store are: Armillary Sphere, School for Gifted Children, Dormitory, and Central Library

Gameplay Changes

  • If the flight time is over, and you’re away from the game for 30 seconds or more after that, the plane will be waiting with a flight reward on a stand, if there’re free stands; otherwise it’ll wait in the queue in the air.
  • Improved algorithm for the Find function; if there’re several ways to acquire an item (a flight item, repair item, etc), the game will try to find the most relevant one with the highest chance based on your available flights and buildings.
  • Jumbo and Giant finally got their own unique repair items: Spoiler (not movie-related one) and Warning System. Those can be acquired through gifts and flights (Brasilia and Hong Kong). Jumbo wil continue to have Landing Gear and Passenger Seat as possible repair items, and Giant will continue to have Differential Relay and Lamp Shade as possible repair items, too.
UI / UX Changes
  • Inertial scrolling for navigating your city, airport, and tech area more smoothly; tap the map to stop the scrolling; essentially, this scrolling works more or less like scrolling in the Flights menu
  • New look for the Weekly Alliance Mission menu
  • If you have everything needed to start a flight, you can now start it right away from the Weekly Alliance Mission menu without opening the Flights menu
  • If you have a side mission to upgrade a building, the ‘Show me’ hint will take you directly to that building on the map without the need to go through the Store menu first
  • Updated inventory search: if something is found in another tab, but nothing is found in the one you’re right now, the game will take you to that another tab automatically
  • Weekly Top 100 Reward menu for regular and space flights will now show the flight image besides the flight name
  • Unique icons in the Quests menu for about 20 early side missions
  • Updated look for the timers in the main menu

  • ‘Speed up’ notification not shown on the Flights radar in the main menu
  • Fuel Additive bonus not working while you’re away from the game
  • Several bonuses (Lucky Horseshoe, Lucky Clover, Wind Charm) expiring before they should under certain weather conditions
  • Plane occasionally standing sideways upon return after the flight is sped-up
  • Plane occasionally not shown on the stand upon return after the flight is sped-up
  • A couple of unremovable road tiles in tech area with buildings standing there previously
  • Immovable Helicopter Pad while helicopter is in flight
  • Some clouds being untappable
  • Some buildings in neighbor’s city shown as unfinished while really they’re built
  • Parking Lots and Central Square not showing your neighbor has visited them
  • Available/Max stands counter not working properly in the Store
  • Search area being too small and in wrong place on iPhone 6 and previous models

No problem Ivan. You need a strong stable internet connection to get the correct images. Change your location and try again. If the problem still has not resolved, put a ticket in to support. (y)
 
Ivan a small wish - please add a display of available items for the flight in the flight sending menu - as it was in the VK version - constantly monitoring the warehouse is not very convenient considering the limit

That is a great feature to have, but not just limited for flight items. This looks great for helicopter items construction buildings as well, especially Hi-Tech Plant and mechanical plant construction items. Right now we get no idea how much raw materials are remaining in the stock and which ones i should make more to keep the stock up, and which ones i should not make. We will know only when this go out of stock or we have to painstakingly search in the Inventory by typing each names one by one.

Especially after the 100-item limit is here, this has become worse. Lets say i already had 98 Tail Rotors in my stock, and i accidentally scheduled to build another 18 Tail Rotors [3 each in my six plants]. Once the construction is done, and when i start collecting them, game says i will loose it due to the 100 item limit. Now lets say I want to make some Drives immediately. So i am only left with 2 options. Either loose all the Tail Rotors that i made just now, which i built by paying coins and spending my time, or wait for the Hi-Tech plant to consume Tail Rotors to make something that i do not necessarily want so that it frees up some space in the inventory. So easy display of available items will definitely help.

I know this is a little tricky 'coding wise' for the helicopter items as it already displays one number on its top. So an easy alternative is to have all the helicopter construction items have a common short phrase in it so that we could filter it together in the inventory screen and check the status altogether. For e.g. "HH-Varnish" "HH-Sensor" "HH-Valve" "HH-Drive" "HH-Tail Rotor" "HH-Wind Cone" etc. So when we filter for HH, we could see all of them together, and decide what to make and what not to make.

Just my suggestion.
