I haven’t been able to restore my progress after reinstalling the game and have been locked out of my account for over a week now. I’ve contacted customer support 4 times now and have heard nothing back. Is anyone else having an issue getting ahold of customer support?

We can only receive Lunar modules and treadmills for space launches by visiting neighbors or having drops from special buildings. This makes it very difficult to complete space launches because visiting neighbors and special buildings is quite limited in the game. Please make these collectibles...

Please add count numbers to the items in both the resource base and mechanical plant. Ex:

In the attempt to upgrade my terminal to level 7 - and with the recent update on watching ad videos - I noticed that none of these items can actually be sent by neighbors yet that’s the only way of receiving them. Please fix this so that my 360,000 to upgrade doesn’t go to waste.

I think it would be quite convenient if there was a “collect all” button which would allow players to collect all the available coins from their city. I find it very tedious to have to click on so many commercial buildings over and over again.

I haven’t played an event as tedious as “Rock the Sky.” I can’t for the life of me get enough drum sticks and all my drops from everything have suddenly become incredibly rare. Please fix this.
