Sure KA, but since you seemed to have questions about it, I thought it might be helpful to add some related general info, since you seem to be new to alliances and the associated weekly missions. Hope it helps. :)
The allotted alliance weekly tasks are 3 per member. Since there is only 1 in your alliance, that equates to (100/3) % per task to get all the way through the bonuses. If there was 1 more member in your alliance, that would equate to (100/6) % per task. In that case your own effort would...
My GI version :
1. would not give rewards for placing in a quest league -> all rewards gone
2. would not give rewards for placing in a league for weekly alliance destinations -> all rewards gone (including several firsts there)
3. would not give rewards to me for our alliance placing in Top100...
I have had a variety of serious problems with the GI version, though not the one you describe. I have now permanently migrated back to the MS Store version and most - but not all - problems have cleared up.
Place a search box at the top of the 'Gifts' window so the player can filter out all game names that do not contain the text. This will make it easier for the player to check on who has gifted and who has not. It is unnecessarily tedious searching through and checking all 300 entries every time.

Ive seen it plenty of times. It may be that GI have deemed the player to be cheating and disqualified them. Then again, it could be a bug. My bet is its the former.
After Friend in Need and ones own Post Offices, the only way to get enough LoH is by spending some greens in the Store for the Large Mailbag chest. This will give 20 LoH and 30 Knives; assuming a drop rate of 1:3 for Knives, a total of around 30 LoH.
