The videos seem to have a cumulative cap a well as a daily one. If you max at 10 for a number of days, you then get a break for 24-48 hours and they start agin. Don't know for certain, but this is what I have found. If you watch 8 a day rather than 10, they don't seem to stop.

Just wasted 4 greenies on a spy glass. Got 3 drops from all buildings, one of which was one of the 3 flint and steel I needed. 2 more in 4 days with no bonuses??? Help!!!!! PS: the drops came from the buildings that don't drop other items - you are right, when I have used the multiple drop...
