Duck in Orange sauce is special. Sausages tonight - in a sausage, mushroom and pepper omelette. Enjoy yours however you have them - my favorite is sausages with mashed potatoes and baked beans! - goes back to my childhood.

Tonight Chicken with spinach in a cheese and cream sauce, with seasonal veg. very good and low carb.

. . . and I can easily have that as it is virtually carb free, yum yum!

Now that sounds really good. We had a Mushroom Stroganov tonight as I am trying to stick to a low carb diet. Steak I can have loads of, (but have to watch the potatoes). Love steak though.
