Opening launch ready

Hmm wondering if there is a better chance of getting better items like powerful explosive bolt or main stabiliser it u open the boxes at diffent times or it just doesn’t matter ? Or anyone have any superstitions or quirks about how it’s done would love to learn

There are or rather should say there were superstitions with regards to the method and time but since the 7.0.xx update I personally think that this is no longer the case, in my beta game I open at least 10 LR boxes a day and I get at the least 2 PEBs everyday (I haven't tried it on my main game yet because of the excess of launch fuel).
