you can now get an old stock iPad 3 for around $100. I was able to get one recently. it should be cheaper than $100 if its Wifi only and less than 64 Gigs.

Drop rate was again very poor today, so don't think will complete the event. Last year also didin't complete it but keep on trying.

The drop so bad i use Dice and spy glass and the drop same
But still there is 9 days ... if they fix the straight jackets bug it will help to complete the event this year and next year just for flight stars

I believe you need to be level 75 to receive Control Tower 11 items and @Vivke is only level 73 (according to her signature).
