Android Why are the rendeer so rare

It takes me about 40 or more planes to land to get 1 symbol for the rendeer LET IT SNOW assignment.
Within the last 6 days I can't fullfill the 5th symbol. I only get 1 of the other 4.

Does anyone els had the same probleem?

You have to use bonuses for more drop without these bonuses it will take very long time.

I used almost every bonus to get them but it wont go fast. I had one time that I get a symbol after 19 planes and after that no more. After 40 and more I get a symbol. And always the wrong one.

I basically watch it once every half hour or an hour, play for 5 minutes or 10 minutes, and persist for at least 8 hours or more every day.
When there are a lot of things, I will watch them every 2-3 hours and arrange the flights of alliance missions.
