General Spend greenies on?

So I am working up my support account and did not expand power because I wanted to save 30 greenies and get a tesla from the start. Great, I just made 30 greenies and at level 13 can't build a tesla till 31!!!

Sooooo, what to spend 30 greenies on now? Or wait? Maybe powerful oil refinery and save the rest????

For me greenies mean LAND - especially as they are so hard to earn, and the only way to get land. I save all my greenies for that. Windows game in particular takes ages to earn greenies. my advice, buy LAND.

Do the math. To build 4 coal stations will cost you 10 greenies for the land when on sale (depending which level you are on) and 32000 coins. This gives you 240 electricity.

To build 1 tesla costs 30 greenies plus the land (say ¼ of 10 greenies) to yield 300 electric.

Or, to put it another way (for a mid level player):

300 electric = 32.25 greenies (tesla) - even when a tesla is on sale it is still 17.25

300 electric = 12.5 greenies + 40000 coins (coal)

Give me the less glamorous coal station every time

Good points all....I’m away this weekend but I will think about this more on Monday.

hOWEVER I really hate all the greenies I’ve lost because the game design is not right on when you spend them.../

I 'll buy tesla only when the cost of land crosses 30 greenies till then coal or solar power. I prefer solar because they consume 1 sq. unit of land and can be placed anywhere(in between roads), although they cost more than the coal powered station.

No - once you get to level 60 or 80 the sale price is 20, 20 levels after that it’s 30, 20 levels after its 40. You pay to get those nice big cities

Sorry @Spork i meant expansion number, not level. You can see how many you’ve got by acting as if you’ll buy land.

No @Spork , my latest land expansion cost 110 greens, ón sale. And the price keeps going up...

That's why I say greenies are for land, land, land. And collect/save your gold and silvers for if a Bank/Mint/Casino comes on sale, as they are the best way to get greenies.
