You lucky and taking care of your phone or device and they are clicking very fast maybe that make the game freeze

Ok, second reply from gi asking to send log files using my pc, android sdk and adb but it's Christmas day and I'm not at home till January sometime, lol. At least I think they know they have a serious issue, hopefully someone else can help them fix it. Merry xmas

since today, my game also crashes. It suddenly stopps loading and then falls back to the home screen.

Visiting neighbors without problems.putting app to backround and restore just fine. Closing and reopen game with no taking back time. So far running fine.

I am not getting any upgrade option. Did u reinstalled it? Or just upgraded the game?

I saw an upgrade 10mb to Google Play and I installed it. I had nothing to lose.

I've updated the app but I still receive the message that server is unavailable when I try to restore my original account. My mistake was to try to reinstall in previous days. I'm waiting the second round of answer from support. It seems that they cannot found my account .
