How can i watch Videos ?
Since i play this game (ca 1,5 years) i could never watch Videos... I contacted GI, they restarted my game but nothing changed

I have the same problem, for the last 2 days I have not been offered videos for upgrade items, extra fuel etc.

One of my accounts have same problem but today work fine i think that because of the internet connection speed.
Also you can try this its worked with me:
Wait for quest plane to land and take off then you try to watch the video.
Visit any neighbor then try to watch videos.
After watching the video always wait to land guest plane dont try to watch the next video sometimes its not work and wait for the plane take off.

Same here - was hopeing that latest update would fix but still not working.

Yesterday, I've lost the ability to play videos. I'm on Android. I don't think it was because of my internet connection because I had a good connection where I was and I don't think videos use a connection for videos. Videos are working now that I'm home and am on wifi.

I've logged out & back in to the game, didn't work.

Thoughts? I'm in the middle of upgrading my control tower and am relying on videos to get items.

Well, it seems to have fixed itself. Weird, the game without videos for about 14 hrs. Oh well.
