IOS update is live

i posted in the errors message board about 20 mins ago that my game now didn’t open but just after that the update is live in the App Store, I can now open my game and visit neighbors again.

Anyone notice what may be new/different? Or maybe just fixing the crashing?

As far as my game goes it’s fixed nothing. Really difficult to visit neighbors still and same with launches.

I guess I’m not the only one either, I’m currently on a launch with radu, it’s almost 30 mins old and there are only two of us on it - by now it would have been launched normally but how many can join due to the problems within the game.

Updated no 15 greenies for me, entered weekend code got 3 but still no 15 greenies, visited Madlen, closed game still no 15 greenies. Ah well didn’t have them in the first place so nothing lost. Still got problems with accepting gifts, joining launches, visiting friends really slow. So not sure what the update was

Same here, at least no more crashes

and they may come, i got mine early, and the servers seem slow now, coz everyones game was fixed and they are all on

After I updated my game was working fine earlier today (before reset at midnight UTC). Now however when I returned to the game it is completely frozen. Prior to updating it would often been frozen for 10-15 seconds when I opened the game. Now however I am at 8 minutes and counting!

I force-quit the game, restarted it. It immediately crashed. I restarted it again and it was sluggish for 5 seconds then seemed fine.

like a poor race horse, sluggish but they still cross the finish line without knowing how bad they were

Reporting in after several days running the new update: I've seen huge increase in stability. After an initial hiccup I've had no crashes. No problems at all gifting. Very few animation pauses. Occassional slowness or complete hangs when visiting neighbors. So basically it's all fixed.

Hopefully when I come over to your area that will fix my game as well, it’s a nightmare at the moment, but am struggling through

Have you not been able to download the update in the UK?
