I have this issue with my account over 7 months now. They keep saying they are working hard on it. But I am not sure whether they are really checking it. My other accounts don't have any problem like this, only my main account has this issue. They must have done something to it or hate me

I sent what I had.

I opened another ticket. There is no number or any response.

If you use the in game support button, there is no ticket number and no auto-reply back email from Support either. It's in conversation style and if they respond, there is a "!" on the setting button.

I submitted my "ticket" last Monday and they are still talking to the dev team.

I usually sort my issues via “in game” as well. If it’s something unusual, I go through the website.

Last time I went through the website, it took ages to sort the issue and half way through I was told that I could use the in game support. I replied that I normally did that, but when I suspected that the baseline support people wouldn’t know what to do, I wanted to ensure I had a ticket number so I could pass it on to people that I knew could get the problem fixed. I got no response.
