Excavation flight buildings

Is there a difference in the collection item drops from the buildings from the excavation flights? Or is it pretty much that the drops are the same random chances? Not sure if I should try to build up more of one set or continue with the random mix I have now. With limited space now in my city, I need to be wiser with how it's used.
