Building sales

I know that if you have extra rocket gardens it is beneficial to sell them (1500 coins) and rebuild (500 coins to speed build) for a 1000 coin profit. Are there any other buildings this applies to or are they just destined to gather dust in our inventory? Thanks.

Well, assuming you dont care about speeding their production up, all excess buildings can be turned into coin... they all are >0. Also, you can sell for the full amount even if you dont invest the items to complete the build. Once they've been constructed, you're all set. -t

Indeed all excess buildings you get from collections can be sold, like Chess Club, House of Disturbance, Event-buildings, etc. Not all buildings are as profitable, but since you can't build more than 6 of each anyway, might as well sell the excess.
