This will be the first event where I am actually done before it starts.
Though with the new additions to events I'll be able to just pay attention
to that and perhaps some stars if I need them on the event destinations.

Me too, but I still have 2 other games that have a bit of a ways to go, so I'll be enjoying the event, and flying for stars.

This is true for the Windows version. Not sure about Android/iOS, but my guess would be it is the same.

In iOS, it has been like that in all quests that ask for completing a building.
