Airport City Questionnaire 2018
I do not know if Game Insight has ever conducted a questionnaire with regards to the game of Airport City. The following is a selection of questions, which could be included in any such undertaking, if Game Insight deemed it a worthwhile excercise.
I believe the data collected would not only prove to be informative to read through, but extremely invaluable for future game development and improvements in customer service output.
The questionnaire would need to have a good mixer of Closed and Open questions, closed questions require simple Yes or No answers, while they are useful, they are somewhat limited in scope, whereas open questions require more detailed answers, where much more information can be gleaned.
This questionnaire is devided into multiple themed headings. I have tried to arrange the headings and questions in some sort of logical order, you may find some overlap:
Downloading Your Game
How did you first become aware of Airport City?
When did you first download the game of Airport City?
From where did you download the game of Airport City?
Was the download of Airport City straight forward?
Game Play Device
What type of device do you use to play your game?
Do you have more than one game play device?
Playing Your Game
How long have you been playing your game?
How many hours a day do you play your game?
How many days a week do you play your game?
What problems have you experienced during game play?
Have you ever stopped playing your game?
Are you a re-turning player to Airport City?
If yes, how long have you been away?
How easy was it for you to retrieve your original game?
Have you ever recommended Airport City to friends and family?
On a sliding scale of 1 to 10, how likely are you to recommend Airport City to your friends and family?
Customer Service Experience
How many times have you contacted Customer Service with a problem?
What is the longest you had to wait before a problem was resolved?
Do you find the level of Customer Service varies depending on who is dealing with your problem?
Would you much rather prefer to have just one Customer Service staff member deal with your game problem?
Your Real Money
Have you ever spent real money on your game?
If no, what were your reasons for not spending real money?
If yes, what were your reasons for spending real money?
How much real money have you spent on your game?
Have you ever regretted spending real money on your game?
