Free2Play - just wanted to thank you for your candor and honesty in these threads - I never realised how many people work on this game.

I have never been addicted to a game before, but I can't let go of AC and I have been playing daily for over 4 years! - it is a fantastic game, you guys do a brilliant job, and our frustrations are always born out of our passion and loyalty for AC - it is very precious to us as it is to you. Keep on doing what you do and trying to continuously improve the game, thank you.

Ditto @ItsRalphy most games i play i get bored of after a couple of months, i have been playing this for around 18 months now and am still not bored. Being in the software industry myself i know how hard it is to be perfect, so just accept any issues and get on with other stuff knowing darn well the issue WILL be corrected. The number of times we release software and find an issue and say why the hell was that not picked up in testing. It happens there more important things in life to stress about. This is a great FREE game and yes if you want to spend real money thats up to the player.
Keep up the great work Ivan and thanks to you and the team for a great game.

Another bug while gifting:
If you select a gift and then enter a name for a specific in the box on the top right corner and either gift it to the user or enter a wrong name the option to enter or change the name disappears and the game says you can't send gifts anymore.
After restarting the game the box appears again. Very annyoing.

That's what happened to me then I completely stopped everything because I didn't understand what was happening.

- If single on/off button is similar to changing bank cards status online (active / inactive) to prevent use / theft when not often used, then FANTASTIC. This will prevent those lightning quick pop-ups (or pop-under finger) when one quickly taps to collect coins. That development would be quite surprising and seems counter intuitive to business model. Eager to see,but no update on Behemoth's Fire platform.

You don't. It's a known bug, but probably won't be fixed until the next major update. Ivan says they should clear out each day - we'll see. Hoping it doesn't affect incoming gifts.

A good start getting the answers to your questions might be to read the previous posts? I mean, I know they’re probably a bit out of date with the thread being a whopping whole week old and your same issue having been mentioned several times in the last 24hrs. .

I thought Ivan mentioned they have a system in place which will clear the gift list once a day?? I woke up in the morning, after the daily reset time, and checked my list and they are still there. I'll hit the 300 gifts soon.. what will happen after that?? No more gift to accept? (Even if they may stay somewhere behind..)

He did. It didn't! I cleared my list before updating but will be there later today too.

Always happens at the weekend!

It doesn't clear daily and also if i pull down the list its return back to the top this should be fixed before the next update because after few days will be there hundreds of names in the list should be removed if not it will be very hard to everyone to follow.
Hope they fix this bug as soon as possible to (IVAN)

Hey, there's really no need to mention me about every bug

There's the ticket to support option open 24/7 and I'm reading all your feedback anyway, especially when we have a release and a chance of something going wrong is higher.

If you hold off with update because of a gift bug, I'd recommend updating now, because the fix will probably not come until next major update. This issue is certainly something we should have found prior to release, but it's not game breaking. If you have gifts that you've accepted but can't or don't want to send back there's a system now in place that auto clears them once a day, but of course we should've left you an option to clear them manually immediately.

On a side note, we're released the update for App Store yesterday as well, but there're some issues with it coming through. It could be out any minute now, but it's out of our hands. The Windows update is coming later tonight.



Well, I think everyone here would prefer everything to be attainable with only coins and silver tokens. But some things that are luxury — and second reserve hangar is certainly a luxury for high level players that want to have a ton of planes simultaneously — should be either very hard to obtain for free or cost a lot. Because if everything is free and easy to obtain, we as developers will run out of business. Making monthly updates with new features is very expensive in terms of development: there are close to 30 people working on Airport City full time, and that doesn't include many part-time members like animation artists, FX artists, sound engineers, etc. Some features are being done for several months prior to being released. Essentially it's the players who run the game in the long run and pay all the bills for the show to go on, but as game designers we try to make it an enjoyable experience both for those who spend a lot of money and those who don't spend a dime, and that means creating some challenges.

Those challenges are the thin line that separates Airport City from countless free to play games that are long gone and forgotten.

Unfortunately the gifts that are taken and left that cannot be deleted, are not automatically deleted, im started to get a very big list of gifts, is it 300 then my gifts stop coming
