No, I think you can only complete the Quest once. I stopped receiving any more Quest Items after completing the Quest 2-3 days ago.

I've been experiencing the same thing on my Level 5 runways. GI's QA does leave a lot to be desired. For example, I've noticed almost every variation of the word 'Delhi' during Missions and gameplay. :-0
