I can’t see that tab?? Even the info tab still doesn’t show me the gift shop??

How can this be?? I just used over 600 points worth of items joining a spaceship launch and someone removed me from the launch and I have lost all the items.. how does this work and do I get my items back as they appear to have disappeared!! So angry!

Even when I turn data off and have no internet it still crashes - so sad!!!

my game since about a few hours ago keeps crashing on opening, it was very slow to do anything prior to crashing. I have restarted app and phone and still no luck. Does anyone have any hints for how to resolve this??
