    New to the game. Not sure how best to make use of the forum(s). Where do I connect with neighbours - I cannot do it directly in the game. How do I send a reply to those who are waiting.

    Where are my neighbors?

    I play on a PC in a windows 8 version. Have many requests for neighbours awaiting reply. Have no way of providing reply. Not clear to me how or where I reply to potential neighbours.
