Wierd. How are you doing backup/restore? I might to do that either. One day... On android - at least. iOS is more difficult, and I do not wantto root my iPad to to this. But iPad works fine, android is buggy, yes. Several times my game freeze, and it the lauch is in counting, i always got 24h bug...

Last time, i just want to land in the middle of 5 QL party, so it was few seconds only to land after successfull launch. But 24h bug hitted me. Ivan told me, there are bugs, but i am not sure what are they trying to do. They will solve this, hope soon

I use a little app called helium. I started with this when I got a new phone and did not want to go to G! for a restore. Basically you make a back up just before a launch. Than when things go wrong you can restore.
