Not happy, about 220 golds and 5000 silvers gone, opened my tab this morning and got the lovely time travelling message. It had just been sat on charge overnight but the game was open. No time change at all! I've raised a ticket but my latest screenshot is missing quite a few tokens. What a joke,ive been taking screenshot for this exact reason after reading other people's troubles. Really hope I can get them back, been saving for casinos if they come back.

No it got overwritten by my scheduled nightly backup, hopefully the screenshot will prompt them into action but I don't know exactly how many golds I had. They should really know that before stealing them I think, I've done a ton of map flights and red launches to get that haul.

Yes I was a tad annoyed to be fair, if I didn't have that screenshot I would have screamed. I've just set titanium backup to backup every day separate to my other backups and sync to Google drive and keep the last ten backups on there. Hopefully this should cover all bases and maybe I could have tried restoring yesterday's and got my tokens back. I'd rather get gi off my back and have them take any restrictions off my game though.

I am very sorry to hear it, I know it will hard to convince GI and get the tokens back, nevertheless I am crossing my fingers, not only for you, but for the changes in the rules and I hope they will solve this random ocasions of time shifts in another way.

I want to share my problem with stolen token, when i level 31 i got Time Travel issue and GI stole my 36 silver token, i only have 36 silver token that time.

I even don't know how to unblock it, since i not join this forum yet, so when GI give Golden Jet S2 plane event, i'm thinking on that time, if i bought some Gold and Silver token from them, are they will stole those token as well.
So i bought 10 Silver token from them and all the way till level 41 i still have Time travel issue, but they never steal my token again.

We bought Bank Cash, Coins, Gold and Silver token from Google Play store or Itunes, GI as developer will not allowed to take back something which bought by real money, this will protect your Gold and Silver coin which you get from flight also since they can't tell the different between Token which you bought and Token that you got from flight.

I never leave my games open and leave for few minutes. Everytime I launches with 15 minutes, I always set "airplane mode". If you close the games, there is a change the launch will turn to 24 hours. So, my games are always open, but most of them "airplane mode". If I have a party with 3 QL, they will connected all the time. But after party, I turn on "airplane mode" always. The time travelling problem only happened mostly if you open your game for a long time, for example, leave the game open while sleeping. And it will be very difficult to unblock it with a bunch of conversations. And sometime they dont believe it. For example Massimo's games. We do need to protect our game from developer. Not because of the game own by them, but we invested time, passion, feeling, friendship, family to the games. And they just take them all just like that with the reason of automatic system. Unaceptable. @M22 , I hope you can solve the problem with them. See you again in the world rank.

Another way to protect yourself against theft and loss of tokens is to keep the chests unopened. I have on my main game 35 golden, 3 silver, 13 bronze and on my support game 3 golcen and 1 bronze. I keep them for just in case issue. I know it will not help me with 5k silver tokens, but these are easy to replace by QL parties.

I agree.
Since I read all of this tokens loss from this forum. I never open chests with golden tokens in it.
Unless I needed for something of course.
