I quit because suport!

hi all! i am tired from this game and suport too! i buy for 15 euro greeenes when the event begin and i give all for event passengers! i dont know that it not work (visa) and that the passengers not count!
i write to Gi to give me this greenes back (not all, only half, so only 25 greenes!)
they answer me firs to write what not work! i write them and the answer was only for 1 stuff what i write, not for booth!
they answer me "it is a particularity this event"
i pay so many last 2 years and allways if is a problem they not care or try to explane me i am not right! they are right!
becuse 25 greene !!! 25
normaly this weekend i will buy for next event 30 € over 300 greene but because principle i dont give more any euro.
please dont send me more gifts because i quit now!
maybe i come back when they give cbm's but now i am ready.
i quit now!

But why must the game be skewed towards us players?

Why can't we just play the game as is without complaining? Or threatening to quit?

The issue of passengers and visa what-what gas been discussed here before, even last year it was the same...

i know my right and i know how many i pay in 2 years and how Gi help me last 2 years with my game problems. nope
