@Cosmic Blue ...I sent using the link at the bottom of the forum and we had been corresponding for weeks without any results.

I had the same problems. They asked me every day something different and after a week the escalate the request and the completely missed. I tried anyway almost each day to restore and 10 days ago... Miracle... Restore works. I wrote them that now the game works and after two days they wrote me that they have solved the problem and how to proceed to restore the game. I asked if they read the mails before answering and they answered me that they have still some issues :banghead::banghead::banghead:. You ask apples and receives peers :(

Glad it was restored for you...but I agree, they don’t really respond to what is actually emailed to them...and several days would go by when there wasn’t a response from them at all...so thankful that my game was restored but disappointed in the process....especially needing to get someone else involved before I could get results.

Today I've recieved a complete answer from support :D. The answers cover each of my question and about the 3 weeks when I was unable to restore the game the sent me a compensation :greedy:.
I hope that this will happen to all those who opened a ticket in the last weeks due to server issues.

Since the 22.12 I cant use one of my Planes. (its even a Jumbo! *sad*)
Its not visible in the city
its not visible in a repair Slot
I only can see it in store - and when I click on show the game switches to the city view and does nothing


If I ask for a status update I only get "the technicians are working on that issue"
I even offered that Ill completly restart if they send me some compensation .... what would be hard at lvl 66 70k/100k exp but yea - Id really like to use all my aircrafts
