Hi,

I recently had my first red launch, took me a while to get enough coin and items but finaly the moment was there.

First launch costs me all my items and I start to look at the strategies and realize I could better share a launch with my neighbours.

This last week I started 4 red launches, had to buy some parts with greenies (=real money, which I don't mind to spend) but from the 4 launches, 3 where hijacked bij my neigbours.

After each hijack I removed the neighbour who hijacked me, so I'm starting to loose neighbour quick now :)
But besides that, I don't trust them anymore, the only one who I trust is my 16 year old daughter who s playing Airport City as well.

So I'm looking for (high end level) neigbours who respect the rules of a launch.

The hard lesson I learned is that
1) if you want to reserve the first place, then start your own launch and quickly put >1680 points
2) if you don't care about the first place, then either start your own launch or join others and start with small points items.

True, but didn't know you had to be so quick with your points, I thought people would stay below the pilot who started it.
After 3 times I realized it is no coincidence (3 different players hijacked me) so I only want to play with people who respect the rules of a launch.

Need to so, it goes pretty well with making friends here :)

Hi @Gnobama ,

other ways to avoid hijackings would be to:
1. keep an eye on launch prep and refresh the launch prep window, until you have added 180 points more than half
2. have mostly forum neighbors, they respect the launch rules and support you (most have only forum neighbors)
3. post your launch with your intentions/rules on the launch thread, so that forum members can support you and get your launch completed faster.

Next time you open a red launch, for first place, make sure you create a thread and insert the statement below into it (you can rewrite this into your own words if you wish), it will then make it clear, to all whose who join, what your intension's are with your flight. Once you have invested 576 resource points, then invest until you reach......let's say......1,700 resource points. The rest will be added by those providing support to you in 2nd, 3rd etc. place.

I've just opened up this red flight launch (insert day, month and time here) and invested 576 of 3,000 resources so far - 2nd, 3rd etc. places are available, to those forum members wishing to join in this flight.

Feel free to add me I'm josh-70.. not all players are hijackers .. we learn with experience.. josh-70 level 80 last time I looked I was first in red launches ...
