Looking for an alliance.

Hey!
I got invited to a random alliance but the three other guys are erratic (one guy has gone from around 35k to I doubt he'll hit 18 this week!!)
I post consistent numbers and am increasing by the week. This week I'll hit 20k and each week will be more as I slowly move on to more deltas, and start with powerful deltas.
I'm looking for an alliance where people stick to the game, work hard and grow. I hope to join an alliance that is aiming to hit a min of 90k a week and wants to push on too new levels.
