I did not use any bonus in this eventFinished all collections except flowers (got 2) without using spyglass. Saving up shears to use all at once now, hope I don't need spyglass for them. Would really like to hear more from those who finished event...did you use a spyglass for the Flowers? Did you collect them from your own city or visit others for Them?

Thought this was going to be the first event I was going to finish. Got all the Teddies x 3 and the sweets x 3, but I have yet to finish my forst flower collection, and at the rate of drop I doubt if I will before the event ends. I'm getting 15 - 20 sets of shears a day, and haven't got a flower for the last three days. Am I going to have to spend money on a pruning pack? I've got three stars on the first three event destinations and working (slowly) on earning the first star on the last two. Does progress in stars affect the rate drop of flowers?

I tried it for first time on AJ2,my advice is Collect 50-60 Shears, Activate Golden Dice, Spy Glass,Sky captain and start using Shears, I got 5 Collections from 80 Shears used in AJ2.

Some windows users had the same problem as IOS & android, where the repair base would not repair the appropriate plane. This was supposed to fix that problem.

I've saved up and done the golden dice thing but I have no useful boosts left and returns from gifting seem to be slowing down. Got the feeling that I have got to spend some manay to complete this which I'd rather not do!

Sorry to say two years ago all I needed to finish was 1 rose. It didn't happen for me.

Been playing this for nearly two years and this event has put me right off. Its the first event (to be honest, its taken me this long to work out how they work) I've had a real attempt to complete but I am going to be three chrysanthemums short of completing. Clicked on 60 flowers in neighbours cities this morning and got 6 pairs of shears. Normally I'd get 15 - 20. Of those I received two flowers but no chrysanths. So no way I am going to complete now. I don't mind the odds of drops if they are consistent, but I feel like I am being led towards a purchase. Ok, I know they need to make money from the game, and I have purchased a few greenies in the past, but I don't want to feel manipulated. Its a lot of time to invest without a result.

I'm sorry for you. But it's just a game and, for me, it's ok to lose sometimes. What kind of challenge would it be if everybody win?
Exactly. I just completed it (needed the last rose) with one day to go using no bonuses. Didn't think I would complete it but sometimes it works out for you even when you don't think it will, and sometimes it just doesn't go your way.

Hi. Completed, but had to buy some greenies in the end. Thanks for the words above. I was just a bit sore after getting just 6 pairs of shears during my daily visits. Just felt like the drop rate got really slow as we got towards the end, and those flipping chrysanths! Bought some cash and bought the gardening pack, and guess what, the first two shears gave me two chrysanths....
Keshdid you used bonus like spyglass or golden dice while visiting neighbors? This is better investment then buying chest.
