I have sent 2 support tickets over my loss of greenies, neither have been acknowledged nor an email confirmation sent. Is support that behind or is there a limit for tickets? My page is pretty full with 15, but I don't see this last problem listed.

Well, tried the DIY steps with use of ES File explorer and had no luck. Just before that however, I landed my launch and went to collect my prizes, just as I clicked on it my game went down and I lost the whole launch proceeds. I'm so tired of complaining. :cry:

If you had a rollback of your game progress, you can try to return it by yourself. The following guide will take you through the necessary steps:

1) Close the Airport City app completely by using the Back button on your device and confirming your choice.
2) Install the application ES File Explorer from Google Play Market or use any other file manager.
3) Open the file manager.
4) Click on Android -> data -> com.gameinsight.airport -> file
5) Find the files SaveProfile.airdat, SaveProfile_backup.airdat and delete them.
6) Come back to Home Screen and open Airport City to check your progress.

If the progress is not restored after that, I would like to request some details regarding the rollback:
1. If you lost some game levels, submit:
- your level before and after the mishap;
- the time when it happened: during your normal play after the update, or you updated the game and found the losses on opening it;
- the precise list of everything you lost apart from the game level.

2. If you lost no game levels, submit:
- the time when it happened: during your normal play after the update or you updated the game and found the losses on opening it;
- the precise list of everything you lost.

In any case, I would also like you to tell me these details:
- did you use any third party services for doing backups?
- did you make the update of the game from the latest version or from one of the older ones?

My response:

I have had the es file explorer installed since the last time. I've tried your 5 step program twice to no avail. I have tried with a reboot...nothing. Tried to put the code in again, Nada.

I have tried to explain to you that I have rollback several times a day, mostly in the morning. I collect, send planes out and exit game correctly. I DO however, have to empty my cache every time after playing because it gets too full and I can do nothing else on my tablet. If I play too long, the game shuts down and throws me out. When I go back in, I'm at various stages of my previous scene, some times I have to collect again, sometimes it might be just 1 plane but usually most. Today, doing the steps I redid the whole thing 3 times!
What I have lost: my *chain404* and *ash404* redemptions (3 greenies & coin). This happened Friday between 2 & 4 pm DST. Today, I lost my gold space launch items, coin & gifts. When I went to open my chest, the game closed on me. I went back & it was gone. To my knowledge, this happened around 11 am this morning. Really weird thing is that I had purchased a mystery bonus it opened and gave me a sky cap I believe, when I went back in to check for my chests, I had a different bonus, a family ticket. I do not know if this was in addition to or a replacement but I want my cap!

I had done every update, did not lose levels and have written to you since I first started having problems again. ( Please see my history of problems!) I have lost other launches & gifts, I'm simply very tired of complaining. I have spent real money on this game. I have removed almost everything on my tablet just so I could keep playing here! It's ridiculous that this game should use the memory it does, I think the most I have played is around 14MBs, normally I stop at around 5-7MBs because game starts sticking and crashing. As most of my problems seem to occur in the morning, is it your server??

Potrebbe intervenire Anche per me.Non mi vengono mandati ne Premi ne mappe di Alleanza.Questo succede una settimana si è un'altra no.Sono davvero stuffa di scriverli e ricevere risposte ambique. Sono nel Top 10 di Alleanza,lavoro come una matta e..... premi non ne ho.Mi sento scoraggiata e presa in giro.Grazie
