yes i did and they even sent me message saying restriction has been removed and now can enjoy the game but i try to open game after the reboot of device also but still same thing nothing changed..

I had the same problem but the game was unblocked few hours after I received the message. If not unblocked I suggest you to send another ticket.

Hi.. My game is sitll in the same stage where it started yestarday morning... I have already sent 3 tickets to them but only reply i got was that and from then never got any response for the support... strange thing when i open the game i have recieved the gifts but when i try to send the time travel message is pop up.. hope they fix soon..
I saw the req but it does not allow me to accept the req.. When its solved i will accept the request..

My az4fccm gifter game still blocked. Ticket sent yesterday morning, the result was 2 of 3 games unblocked. Ticket sent again this morning for the 3rd one ... still waiting. :arghh:

Edit: all working now (sunday afternoon).

My game is still blocked... I won't be able to extend my airport and it is going to be the second day I can't visit neighbours so can't progress on my missions - I am basically completely stuck :-( No answer from the ticket either, so I guess I'll just have to erase all this *** from my phone...

Day n°3 still blocked . The support team told me : according to our database you game isn't blocked. Then i clear cashe, reboot my device, cross fingers and load the game. And...blocked... :mad::mad::mad::cry:
