Right now it seems and I gain coins real slow. What is the best way to earn more.... Land expansion is very expensive.

Sorry if this is a common thread.

The best way to pay for land expansions is to save up your "greenies" (those green paper bills up in the right corner).
Each weekend, starting on Friday, Game Insight issues a "weekend code" that you can enter just like a friend code to get 3 greenies * 2000 coins.
Then, wait for the monthly expansion sale and pay 10 greenies for each new piece of land.

The best way to earn coins is to do red launches and visit neighbours' planetariums.

Don't try to pay for future expansions with your hard-earned coins- the game makes it too expensive to succeed.
Happy flying!:)

Unfortunately you are on ipad, and you can not get those 3 free greenies every weekend.
Apart from that the best way to earn coins is to do launches and visit planetariums.

It takes time, but I land as many guest planes as possible and invest in shops around my airport that provide the best deals for coins. I sent you a neighbor request, so I was able to look at your airport. I would dump the seafood restaurant and newspaper building, because they only give coins every eight hours. If you play several hours a day, pick up a couple more eateries, because they give coins every two minutes. It takes time, but those coins do add up when you are first starting out. If you play sporadically throughout the day, pick up another car dealership (coins every 20 minutes) or grocery store (coins every 10 minutes). Those will get you the best returns over time. Be patient and keep playing consistently and those coins will add up faster than you think!

A quick way to earn coins - Build you MCC3 (Mission Control Center 3). Find and visit neighbors with planetariums to collect launch items. Launch as many red rockets as you can. 1st=20,000 coins, 2nd or 3rd=10,000 coins. The award chests drop pieces for the Water World collection. Each completion gives 5,000 coins.

Ok, I already visit my neighbors planetariums every day. So I guess I will keep doing that.

Thanks.....

1. If you play frequently (at least once an hour), I would suggest building more Car Dealerships (cost 350 coins, 36 coins every 20 minutes, payback time in less than 4 hours of playing.
2. You have already done this one - visit neighbours with multiple planetariums, easiest way to earn space collections + coins.
3. Resist the temptation to complete irrelevant side quests. Quite a few require you to build useless buildings that may not cost much, but use up valuable land and have low payout and is not even required for you to move forward (Baggage Hall, Duty Free, Cosmic Fuel Station, Emerald house, Science park, Private clinic).
4. Do not upgrade Town Hall unless you really need to (the higher levels require millions of coins). Better build a Grand Hotel if you have collected silver tokens, mostly from space flights.

Fastest way is visit friends planetarium. I'm using this tactic with building my second account - Have several friends with 5 planetarium (big thanks to them!) - By drops for collection from them in average get me 10-20k daily. I have only 3 hangars, few minor buildings which produce coins and bought only 3 expansions (all for coins). Now I invested coins gathered into launch pads - have all 3 colors and upgraded MC3. Did 5 blue launches in total, 0 green, now i'm ready for red. This is strategy for account that is played once or twice per day (or skip some as due to business I'm not able to play it everyday). There are no coin producing building that can give you more then friends planetarium. Also by the time you can build fully operational red launch you will gather some nice fuel stash for red launches - use them wisely - there are lot of people here who will help you to get maximum out of your space fuel stash.

I'm on iPad and I do get the 3 free greenies every weekend with the GI code

I am also on the iPad and can use the weekend code.

And visiting neighbors' planetariums is going to be a very slow to earn coins if they don't fix this bug that prevents me from visiting my neighbors.

In that case, fastest option is landing guest planes and gathering collections from their drops.

Dunno how on iOS, on WP even in worst cases of server problems I was still able to visit neighbors. It just took up to 2 minutes from clicking "visit" to the loading actually taking place. So, with enough patience - and lock screen set to something long enough - it was still possible.

If you are a beginner, the best way to earn coins is to build a lot of coin-earning buildings. Of course, you have to save all your greenies and make sure to get the weekly bonuses that GI gives. Another is to keep sending flights. You need the drops and stars from them anyway so it's all good. Another is to keep landing guest planes. Not only you get coins and XPs, you also get repair items.

I disagree. If you can get neighbors with Planetariums, the income is even more impressive for a beginner.
On the other hand, to field the coin producers you need pop and power, something a low lvl player doesn't have. So it either gimps pax output or inflicts huge costs on electricity and Town Hall. So you actually lose coins, instead of earning them.

Not spending coins on wrong things is usually enough to fix coin flow problems.

I harvest my buildings every 20 minutes. So, all the 1x1 buildings except the burger stands are set up. Six car dealerships are set up. If you can harvest a car dealership or a coffee shop every 20 minutes, you have achieved the maximum possible collection rate. Next in productivity line are the bowling alleys and hotels. I have six of each as well.

I have some other 1x1 buildings, but I always select based coins/time and always choose the best rate still remaining.

I also did pretty well with the easter buildings, but most of the other quest buildings are quite lame on their production rate. I just put them into storage against a rerun of the quest in the future.

I did This to since i Read ur post.
Gaining 20000 xp perlevel means that i have to land big planes (8xp) , 2500,times .
At the moment am landing about half of that number upon a Daily basis.

Not necessarily: when you visit neighbours, click their planetariums.
They drop items you need for two collections. Each complete collection gives a 2000 coin, 1000 exp bonus.
It adds up quickly when you only visit planetarium neighbours, just read @Captain WH Rollins ' daily takes.
Other neighbour buildings besides Training Centres and Astronaut Academies are just not worthed (in my opinion, of course)...

Another way is doing space launches. They give nice exp and coins...

And eventually it goes up to 100000 exp for the last levels... :p
