Time travellers and cheaters

Dear flyers,
I found this message today morning and send the GI email still waiting the reply.
Attention!
Time travellers and cheaters cant interact with neighbore.
Please contact support if you believe thats an error.
I open the game but cannot do any thing except collect passenger from building,
Shall i do that or wait do not open the game.
Any advise please ?

If they make warning message before they take action at least with the players who change time and date by mistake or by some installed programs.
Sending note mention that there is changing time and date so please return it back before we take any action or block you as cheater.
Better than they stop every thing and contact them and wait for answer then contact and follow waste time for 1 or 2 days and i check up some they follow for week.

I had that two weeks in a row --- contact support and they will fix it. You can send out airplanes but not rockets and I had not even changed my date or time it happened in the middle of playing.--- was a pain and they took three days to fix it the second time.

Thanks for reply i already contact them, one of the support team he ask for screenshot because he believe there is nothing happen, now second day waiting.

I checked your game account details and should inform you that according to our database your game was blocked for changing time/date settings on your device. Please be aware that such activities are not allowed to do while playing the game as they affect it and can help to get an unfair advantage. Out system works automatically and restricts social options in the game if any actions of the kind are detected.
The limitations can be removed from your account in case the game was blocked for the first time. If it happens again, we will be unable to do it again and your social capabilities will be restricted permanently.
So we could unblock your account, please follow the procedure:
1. Set correct time zone, date and time on your device. Note that the settings should be arranged manually. Avoid using the option to adjust anything automatically.
2. Send me screenshots of these settings on your device

Shall i wait for tomorrow.

They always send that garbage and it has caused people to quit playing. Write back to them and tell them you did not change your clock and it was caused by their buggy game. Their customer lack-of-service is atrocious. They only hire idiots I think. It takes them three days sometimes to fix it - and they wonder why people stop playing.

I had exactly the same problem in Mid-December. I raised a support ticket with GI and am still awaiting a resolution. I have since raised another support ticket (as they closed my first ticket) and the contact at GI (Timur Godlevsky) has informed me that the fix the problem with a future software release.

Any ideas how I can fix this problem (as it seems as though they are able to send a code), or do I just have to wait for a future update?

I had it twice - two mondays in a row. Make sure your clock does not get internet time --- and backup your game on a regular basis (instructions are posted in one of the forums) in case it crashes so you can restore from the backup.

Keep sending email to the GI support daily, push them also go to Facebook page write as comment and put the ticket No.
