it is agreeable that only one is able to visit Madeline and collect items from her. But doesn't it also strike oneself as odd that you can go see cities of those who are away, or the fact that anything regarding spending money, seems to work just fine?
Sorry but all this is a bit hard to understand, when they are claiming to be working on the bugs. This has gone on way, way too long to certainly be excusable.
If I were a patron/ customer of even a favorite eatery and something on the menu, unless it was a major recall, wasn't available for months, I'd certainly move on somewhere else, where the item is available and possibly less pricey.

yes me also and i still get it sometimes i can't even fly my planes and get stars i've flown so to so many destinations so many times it's not funny and if you go to the map by my name it says 0,GI want me to send them a screen shot but how do i do that????

@!angel I have already sent them screenshots of the weekly rankings for flights a couple times. They just close the ticket as resolved and tell me they are working on it. It's now been three months since the last ranking I had. Combine that with no visiting neighbors and this is getting rather frustrating

yes same thing is happening to me, i have 77 stars and 9 hearts and i'm 55 and GI does nothing i tell them and all they say is we're working on it. then a couple days lae i'll get a e-mail saying my case has been solved an cosed
