lol, just had to contact the support AGAIN because now that I got my game back the top 100 stopped working again. They probably hate me there, this is the third time in a month I'm asking for their help with technical issues haha!

There is typo in wiki.. For sweets factory you don't need earplugs (they are flight item like blanket or lollipop. You need 6 Glazing Machines.
