Windows Time travellers and cheaters can't....

My phone had an update applied. Restarted it as normal and then opened the game and receive the message "Time travellers can't collect income commercial buildings. Please contact support if you believe that's an error."

Similar error depending on what i tap. Its been going on for over 12 hours. I then submitted a request to Game Insight support but not heard back yet.

Anything i can do to resolve this issue or is this going to be something only GI can sort?

If reply does not come in 1 day..

What kind of upgrade was made to your phone. If it was a Microsoft update, simply check that the time and date zones are correct, they could have been reset by accident.

If it was a game update, then you may have to wait until GI issues a patch for windows mobile.
Unfortunately upgrades for windows mobile and pc sometimes have issues that regular phones do not as GI has to work within the framework that Microsoft provides.

Yes it was a MS update however i also use my phone for testing our company applications to see what happens when the date/time is changed etc. They (GI) solved the issue but warned against changing the time/date as it gives unfair advantage.... I have replied back advising what i use my phone for so not sure what the outcome is at this stage for future time/date changes.
