I just sent in a request to join. I have just reset my game twice and had to buy a new computer. my old alliance lost me because my game was down ten days. I am a daily player and average over 60k a week. looking forward to flying with you.

My game went back to the very beginning and I notified game support. They asked me some basic questions but I haven't heard anything in over 24 hrs. If I can't get the game back tonight, I will not be able to complete the back to school task. Can you help?
