While we're on the topic of evening out the playing field: all players should be able to send F20. I've been playing for 2.5 years and only had F20 for about a month between two updates. After the update it went back to 10 pax.

I have the same issue. Found my account blocked yesterday as a "cheater and time traveler". GI said they unblocked my account after I provided time settings screenshot, but all my neighbors are gone, the event isn't active, my flights aren't counted towards weekly mission and alliance count, and...

I have about 3000 snowflakes which should safely put me in Platinum league (2500+), but I'm still sitting in Titanium. Same goes for other players in my league, #1 has over 5000 and still in Titanium too.

Same happened to me, but they came back a few minutes later.

Now they're back though.

The same thing happened to me, the snowflakes went down to zero. When I land a plane, my total first shows as 9, then goes to 6, then zero again.

I got my first Planetarium out of the quest, so happy!
