Ok, I just remembered.
QL taggers can do that, but the QL original launcher still has to wait for 2h 24 minutes.
Exactly. I still don't know why there is a difference between the 'owner' and joiner of QL.
Instead of give QL owners an advantage against joiners, they have a disadvantage...
