Hi Aaron, couldn't visit your city earlier, I got message that your game isn't updated?

Wondered if any of your neighbours also had this message??

Yes, indeed...it looks like my game isn't reporting to the top 100 again, after sending in a ticket querying why, it seemed to be fine for a while....and then nothing!!

I sent a query a few weeks back as the top 100 wasn't registering my flights. Reply came that my game had been blocked
as I had changed the time! I asked for a time and date, they came back with a date but not a time.
I disputed this saying actually I don't know how to change the time and my iPad changes automatically should I be abroad.
Got senseless reply asking me to change my device to the correct time, I replied again pointing out I wasn't going change a time that wasn't wrong etc.
Next week I got a place in top 100.

I haven't bothered checking since, it's not worth the hassle and grief!

I had the same problem with one of my neighbors today. I got the same error message AFTER my game updated. It's probably a hiccup.

When visiting Happy Helen (benj.) and Pakman (pakman) with my android game, half the city was not clickable and transparant. visiting with iphone I could not see anything strange in benjamin (pakman isn't a neighbour there)

I encountered the same thing. No gifts dropped from any visits to neighbors with partially transparent cities.
But the little red heart doesn't show up on their avatar to show that I already visited that city.
I can keep returning to collect coins or passengers.

Mrstepot, are the coins and drops acyually registered? if so.... endless drops for space items?

edit: tried the fuel but is not registered after leaving the game

I just checked....The coins and passengers register....until you go back to your home screen and then they disappear. Oh well!

I picked fuel, counter went from 33 to 38 but after I left the game it was back to 33 again

Yep - it's like I never visited at all! At least it doesn't count toward the 12 neighbors you can visit each day.

Hi all

Thanks for the update, I have also issue when visiting Neil ellor game.
Like Mrstepot I thought I had hit a winner as I could return and return, then
also realised the passengers etc were not registering.

Just another glitch to keep us amused!!

about 50% of my neighbors city's are half transparent
