Don't have the time to calculate your inventory but you seem to have a long way to go till hundreds of thousands of fuel which was the point of my post (and not flagging you or someone else).
I'm sure those numbers cannot be achieved regularly by saving for years and other stuff you've said.
Your and other people contributions are appreciated and respected but we're not talking about normal use of the game unless you can share some non-exploitative way of building egregious amount of fuel every week/month other than farms of gifters. Gold farmers are a thing in all games so do gifts farmers in this game.
Yes, as I stated earlier it’s in the region of 70,000, but that is exactly my point! 🙂
The point of posting those current shots is to show how it can be done, which is the question that was asked.
Clearly my warehouse isn’t full of fuel, and clearly I could save more launch boxes. The number of collections is unlimited (theoretically). But if they were full and you totalled them all up, you get some big numbers, before months of saving gifts, daily rewards, daily ad videos, landing 1000’s of guest planes etc.

For the record, the screenshot of all the fuel and passengers was in the past, as evidenced by the star count.
I’ve never said they can be achieved regularly. As I said, it took months of saving launch fuel and gifts to get to that point.
Those numbers cannot be achieved that regularly. I have my opinion of how often it can be done, as I’m sure others do too. There are certainly players/alliances I have my doubts about. But that’s not for posting publicly.

As @Ddave1 said, players that are cheating have no need to save huge numbers of fuel and/or passengers in their bars.
They will either be using back ups and flying the same fuel and passengers over and over (in which case they never have the real resources at the outset)
Or bypassing in app purchases, and using ‘unlimited’ greens to buy the resources.
Or some form of app code manipulation...... I’m no expert.
In my book, if the resources are in the bar, it’s legitimate. I don’t understand G!’s logic in blocking players with ‘unusually large amounts’.

No body has to justify anything, its a game and we all play differently but recently there has been a massive increase in people pointing things out that they have not got and saying cheat or dubious. No matter how it is explained they still doubt. Its sadly become the way of tbe world - instant success.

Just an hour ago I saw posts on a WhatsApp group im in saying someone was cheating and they were reporting the player to GI because they did 165 Chicago flights and they couldn't work out how that person can have more than 100 Flight catering. Its mind blowing

The trouble is if it keeps on the experienced players will leave and not pass on info and tips.

Cheats are obvious, go on YouTube, look at cities with no passenger buildings but full land expansion. The cheats use greens or bots, not strategy to save fuel

Ok. So what are the best fleet management strategies?
Thats almost an impossible question to answer,

What is the state of your city, you don't appear to have your game code on here so people can see your city to see what you have -..

@Barkmi4 (Mike) has covered lots in his reply

Have you expanded your land fully? - this costs greens so is very hard for new players- as I said previously its definitely not fair the green producing buildings are no longer on offer

Have you fully expanded your reserve hangar

Have you upgraded all your buildings.

How many adventure buildings have you got to get daily drops- at the momment i think i have 60 or so amd i have hundreds of uncollected collections which include bonus boxs, weather vanes, spy glass, sky captains, fuel multipliers etc

None of this is quick, it can take years and is so easy to get fed up amd feel frustrated, - everyone of us has been in the same position. When I started out there was a guy called Robbie from Indonesia- he helped me a lot , he said to me get adventure buildings and try to launch everyday even if its with someone else as it all helps with fuel and space items

The accusations of cheating go way back. I was just reading a post from 2014-2015 with all the same accusations and explanations. I'm embarrassed to say I was one of the people who was accusing people (who were only playing the way I now play - with more strategy and planning) of cheating.

Back then, I couldn't conceive of any way to legitimately fly 1m pax in a week. I'm certainly not there but I can see a day when I will plan for it and I now know how to plan for it.

And as @Ddave1 said, cheats are more obvious.

If you see someone with tons of passenger buildings, a visa center (or 6) and a magic square (with lots of metro stations around it) fly 1m passengers in a day, that's a really good planner and one who has spent their hard earned money on the game. Not a cheat.

If you see someone who's building is FULL of commercial buildings and 50 rocket gardens with not a single passenger generating building fly 1m passengers in a day, that's probably a cheat.

So the other member who posted that older playersdirectly stated that they do not have caps is lying to his teeth. So how can I believe all he is posting on his stats?
How very judgmental and a complete misinterpretation of the post. Perhaps you didn't understand.

The 100 cap is on WAREHOUSE items. The images showed over and over that there was nothing over 100 in the warehouse. But there is no cap on how many collections you can accumulate without opening them.

This image shows that there are 39 uncollected Water World collections - each with a golden chest bonus (and 150 fuel inside). There is also 24 uncollected Roman Holiday collections each with a large bronze chest (each with 50 fuel inside). So while you can only store 100 of anything in the warehouse at a time, anybody can have a massive supply in unopened collections.
1606391912765.png

So if I have 100 golden chests in the warehouse and open one, I add another 150 fuel units to the warehouse. Then I only have 99 golden chests so I can open another Water World collection and get back to 100 golden chests. This is the way people have more than 100.

And this takes lots of planning, lots of flying to specific destinations, lots of bypassing events, lots of ignoring alliance tasks and so on. AND lots of leaving collections unopened when your warehouse is already full.

This thread is becoming too much like 2020 USA. To the doubters, it is indeed possible to fly massive amount of pax and accumulate fuel. I am not one to put up the numbers that others here have posted, but what I have noticed is that in each of the examples, there either was an ample level of fuel from before the limit that was grandfathered in, or there was a level of sacrifice made (lots of fuel saved, lots of launches done, limited flying, etc.). If you want to learn their methods, read and ask questions instead of throwing out accusations. If you don't care to learn, then play your own game and learn your own methods of flying. Let's respect the vets who have years of experience.

You have to do some math/planning like everyone else has already stated.

Generally speaking (without doing math) the larger passenger planes give you a higher fuel/passenger ratio and the smaller passenger planes give you a better event token/fuel ratio. The event tokens per flight sometimes change with the different events so all events are not the same.

There is a huge wealth of information on this forum. You have to be careful to understand the difference between the tips that are based on pre 7.0 version vs post 7.0 version when you are reading a lot of the older posts. There is also a ton of information on the Wiki located on this website (a big thanks to everyone who did it and continues to update it) that for the most part I don't even look at my game when I am doing planning, I am looking at the Wiki information.

Most cheating accusations follow the same similar patter. "I can't do it so there is no way that anyone else can." If you are just sending out flight aimlessly and enjoying the game then keep doing what you are doing. If not, come up with a goal and make a plan to achieve it.

Of course there are cheaters. Nobody is suggesting there aren't. But there are also players being accused of cheating who never do. Success in the game does not equal cheating.

I remember a recent thread where someone said it was impossible to fly 200k pax every weekly without cheating. The suggestion was that it could happen occasionally but certainly not weekly. Well ... I am flying 150k weekly (well 4 weeks in a row) without putting much effort into spreadsheets and calculations.

Bottom line, nobody is suggesting there aren't cheats. But every player that is more successful than others aren't cheats.
I normally fly 35-45k effortlessly with two jumbos and one of each smaller planes before the jumbo, with exception of 5 owls. Eventually I'll get there, as I have only been playing for a year

I think a big disconnect here is that a player who plays 2 hours a day doesn't understand what playing 16 hours a day can get you. The fuel from landing a lot more guest planes, getting 8 fuel every 10 minutes from the fuel station, and an extra fuel per minute from a silver subscription can easily keep a large fleet in the air while saving fuel from these other methods mentioned.

Truer words! I used to play kinda with a plan and only kinda achieved my goals. I got to a point of frustration and then focused on a single goal and created a plan around it. Once achieved, I set a new goal. I never send out planes randomly and on whim anymore. My goals are at times lofty (complete the "Theory of Everything" collection) and sometimes not (go back and get 3 stars on all Giant destinations). Some are done quickly and some take a looong time with lots of fights (e.g. completing 3 stars on all Giant destinations).

I have found that my enjoyment of the game is much improved by having a goal, researching and understanding what it takes to make that goal, and then completing it. And yes, some like getting 3 stars on every Falcon flight take time and a *lot* of patience (400 flights to Montevideo - bleh!) but it has been so worth it.

Happy flying 🤗

Based on my observation with my account, the chance to receive those fuel guest plans is much higher when the no. of pax lower than fuel.

Davy,

I guess the person you are talking about here is me.
I did report the player that is currently at 1st spot to GI.
Telling them to look at that account, because it looked suspicious to me.
And I will tell you exactly what I wrote to GI.

Beginning of my info for them.
###################
I suspect another player is cheating.

His city has maximum size and his airport also has a very bug size.
But he has 6 irish castle. They where the reward from an event in 2017. You can also get them from the mystery super building 7 boxes who cost 299 greens.
Even if he got 1 from event je still needed 5 from the boxes. Given he was extremely lucky and got it from 5 boxes directly it would mean he still spend many greens to get those buildings.

All this combined would mean the player has spend thousands of greens to have the city he has.
And he does not have bank, mint or casino in his city to be able to produce greens.

That can only be done by cheating. Or by spending money and many more of real money to buy greens.

I hope you will check if this player has been cheating or not.
###################
End of my info for them.

If somehow what I wrote is totally wrong, I would love you guys to tell me why.
It is not the fact that he did those flights that made me think he is cheating. I know you can save that amount of catering with gifts, facilities or even heli flights (I fly them myself to get some).
But when i see a player adding many event points suddenly, I try to find out why. Because yes, I want to learn how to make many points in events.
This makes me have a look at his city.
Now if you take a look at his city, and you do not find it suspicious, please again, tell me why my thinking is so wrong.

And while looking at his city, look at the guy in 2nd, that I did not even report.
I did not find any catering facility in his town when I looked. But he still does a large amount of flights while catering is required.

I have an irish castle that I didn't get as event reward or by purchasing an MSB7 for 299 greens. The premium class event access is giving msbs. If you keep buying premium access, it's not hard (or expensive) to get lots of the same buildings. In fact I have MSBs in storage because I keep getting the same ones rather than the ones I want (training center and planetariums)

So what you wrote comes from a place of not understanding all the different places buildings can come from.

It's best to ask here before going down that path. I know lots of honest players who have now been banned permanently because people didn't understand how they could achieve what they did.

And give msb7 on every event? Do not think so.
To me his city still seems like not really legit.
I guess gi support will decide on what i wrote if they ever decide to look at my ticket.

Now honestly what would be your opinion about guy in 2nd.
Not a cheater?

@Chloe11111, I have so much respect for you, you keep responding and explaining to these 'Donald Trumps of Airport City' with their "I can't do it, so everyone who does is a cheater"
Good work, Chloe!
I'm not all that innocent. I was making some of the same accusations back in 2015. Now I know better. Because I'm legitimately doing the things I saw others do back then and thought was cheating.

I don't know which two players you are talking about. They are not in my league.
But when i see a player adding many event points suddenly, I try to find out why. Because yes, I want to learn how to make many points in events.
There is a very easy explanation for this. It could be a strategy - play offline for a while then reconnect so people don't know how much you are accumulating.

We often go on long drives. My husband drives - I play. I'm not online when I do this. And if I am landing lots of flights that give high currency AND I'm running something like vintage weathervane so they come in quicker AND I'm running a lucky ticket (very cheap at 4 greenies), I can very easily build up thousands of currency in a few hours of playing offline.

We are happy to teach you these strategies. There are tons of people on this forum who are happy to help with tips.
