Windows Update 6.15.7 problems

Having several problems with new update

1. Visiting takeing longer
2. Alliance missions & flight Sims not showing up
3. Can't gift from neighbors, half to do it from gift section
4. Longest wait time to visit 135 seconds
Can't believe you and I are the only ones having this problem!!! It's a real pain. Can't do any launches - it just sits there. Gifting took about 3 hours per game. Visiting was "wow - I can visit" for 3 neighbors, then back to "Please Wait". I land 13 planes, only 9 of them gave hats - I let the the other 4 sit for about half an hour, then they finally gave hats. The weirdest part is it's like a rolling backout. Two games are fine, one is lagging, then one of the good games start lagging, and the slow one is fine. smh I'd contact GI, but knowing their canned responses, they would just say to be sure I have a stable internet connection. If my internet connection is bad, then all 3 games would go bad at the same time!!! These games are on a laptop, a desktop and an android device, so it's not just one computer.

sent 2 e-mails gi support no e-mails, sending e-mail through webstite, sent 1 email about alliance and flight sim, and another about visiting

Thanks. I may try to submit a ticket also. I've got a couple of screen shots showing no hats, "please wait", etc., so hoping they can do something.
