Windows Bug return back

I remember this bug is fixed and now coming back.
When i click on take the gifts its take time to take it or not taken at all.
When i start launch its not open fast sometimes need to close the game and start again to check the launch and add points.
This bug make the game slow in some actions.
This happen with 2 of my accounts.

This was before in windows i dont know how its return back after they fixed.
First time about a month or more and took 3 days to fixed
Now if they need more 3 days this not good at all.

It was slow yesterday, but after this morning's windows game update, it is TERRIBLE! Launch window takes forever to come up, game keeps freezing. I thought we were getting a FIX for these problems, but it seems (at least in my case) to be making things worse!

Finally got my launch in the air, after it landed, I couldn't collect. Visited Madlen, when I returned, the launch was gone - no credit for it. From the frying pan into the fire.

Just to let every one know that better dont click on the gifts you received before they fix this bug.
When you launch landing just keep it better to stop doing launch. (sometimes work and sometimes not)
Dont do your visit it will freezing the game so maybe you will lost the visit or the collection for today only you can visit Madlen because its offline visiting
I think some times will not count the flights its happen with me now.
The offline actions its work only collecting coins, click on the all type of buildings, sending planes, get all items drop from the planes.
You can keep playing and doing the event for now.

Yeah gifting seems to be a problem today.
It took me multiple times just to try and collect and to clear the neighbor request list.
And visiting neighbors is a major headache. Visit one, gotta bounce home, close the game and repeat.
I sent out gifts from ANF1 last night and should have done from other games. Now I'm not certain I should try and send today.
Even the alliance mission icon keeps blinking out on remainder time.

I think I'll take a little vacation from the game today - just send out flights. At least I sent out gifts last night. Maybe the server issues will be fixed in a few hours.

After the the small update yesterday and after time reset i notes that the server is faster than before when someone visit your city you see his photo on the buildings he/she visit the photos of visiting neighbors before it take times to show up but now it is fast to show up also the launch timer on the right it show up faster than before this good update.
I think 2018 will be a great in this game

Now i am checking my game in all accounts same problem again after they fixed difficult to visit neighbors or click on the gifts
also after landing the rocket and space shuttle take time to get the chest after clicking
