Been playing this for a few weeks now. Level 35 - 50 stars and I've completed 2 or 3 alliance tasks every week over the last 5 weeks, but the alliance only achieves 30/50% overall.

Is this as good as it gets, or should i look elsewhere?

Ps alliance currently LVL 2

Personally I think so yea until you get to higher levels, if you focus on just the alliance it leaves you less time to fly other missions or recoup items needed for space launch etc, at least with 40% you get the golden hat bonus for the week.

I would be happy to get the golden hat bonus every week with my alliance. When you get into high levels task 2 and task 3 are almost impossible to achieve... I think you got a working alliance...;)

Hi South. This really depends on what your objectives are. First of all, the real benefits of an alliance come from the total number of passengers flown during a week - completing alliance tasks merely allows the alliance members to enjoy an extra bonus the following week, and earn alliance reputation points to progress to a higher level, where more alliance members can produce higher numbers of passengers.

My personal advice is to start your own alliance, and set up your own rules for that alliance. If a member does not complete one task a week to enable alliance bonuses, expel them. Otherwise encourage alliance members to fly as many passengers a week as possible - eventually you may reach a level where some real bonuses occur. Also, do not ignore the benefits of chasing the difficult high number task for the week. I have earned 6 gold tokens in the last 6 weeks, by achieving a top three ranking for certain destinations.

My personal objective is to gradually build my alliance into a bonus producing alliance - but that is certainly months away yet, and a good few expelled members away. Meanwhile I have objectives in achieving progress through basic flights, adventure flights and space flights to get the best bonuses through completing the more obscure collections. I am effectively trying to maintain a balance is my game progress. I generally complete one space flight a day. I always complete at least one alliance task a week. I am holding off buying higher class planes, concentrating on completing standard flights up to Jumbo level. I am concentrating on lower class planes completing adventure flights, and map destinations gained by completing my space flights.

The bottom line @Southoftheborder is, if belonging to someone elses alliance does not meet your objectives - create your own.
